Shipping policy

At Purify Me, we strive to provide you with a fast and reliable delivery service.

We aim to process and dispatch within 24 hours (weekdays) and partner with the best shipping companies to get your order to you quickly and safely.

 

The shipping process

Once we receive your order it will be processed by our distribution team. This process can take up to 24 hours and operates Monday - Friday (public holidays excluded). Orders received after 2pm will be processed the following morning (however please allow another couple of days for your order to be processed during promotional activities and sales). Once your order has been processed and has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please ensure you double check your address before confirming your order at checkout, as addresses cannot be changed after this if they have been dispatched.

Please manage your order and any changes via the tracking number that is sent in your tracking email. You will receive a tracking number and email as soon as we have dispatched your order.

We send our parcels with an authority to leave, however individual drivers from NZ Post or Aus Post make the determination if there is a safe space to leave the parcel.  We unfortunately have no control of this aspect.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner, we are unable to accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party. Please also note there can be a delay during Christmas holidays at the depot and customs when there is high shipping volume.

If you’re concerned about the whereabouts of your parcel, please first contact NZ Post or DHL (overseas or express to Australia). You will need to quote your tracking number.

 

New Zealand Shipping

The transit times listed below are estimates only and may be extended by many factors beyond our control, such as flight schedules, unexpected road closures affecting road transport etc.

Free shipping on orders

- South Island target time (after dispatch) – 2 to 3 working days 

- North Island target time (after dispatch) – 1 to 2 working days

Allow extra time for rural deliveries.

All orders will be sent via NZ Post tracked service.


Australia Shipping

The transit times listed below are estimates only and may be extended by many factors beyond our control, such as Customs & Quarantine processing requirements, flight schedules, etc however our logistics team has spent time to improve delivery times to Australia including having pre-customs clearance.

All products are shipped from our New Zealand distribution facilities.

Free shipping on orders over $150 AUD - A flat rate of $15AUD applies for orders under $150AUD.

Any import duties or taxes that are levied by the authorities of your country are your responsibility.

Orders take 24 hours to process (Monday – Friday), and typically take between 2-5 working days to deliver. 

All orders will be sent via DHL Courier where possible. In some cases, DHL delivery is not available (PO Boxes & some rural addresses), these will be sent via NZ Post.

A valid email address and phone number is required when placing your order so the courier or customs can contact you regarding the delivery or customs clearance. While we will do our best to expedite the delivery of your package, please understand that these situations are beyond our control, and we cannot accept liability for any resulting delays.

 

Other International Destinations

All other international orders are shipped via DHL Express tracked service.

Free international shipping for orders over $100 USD or flat rates is applicable for the specified countries listed below.

If your country is not listed in any of the categories below, we do not currently provide a shipping option to your region.

United States - USA - North America Shipping

Free international shipping for orders over $70 USD - A flat rate of $10 USD applies for orders under $70 USD.

 

North America – Canada

Free international shipping for orders over $100 USD - A flat rate of $10 USD applies for orders under $100 USD.

 

UK 

Free international shipping for orders over £150- A flat rate of £20 applies for orders under £150.

 

Europe

Free international shipping for orders over 150 - A flat rate of 25 applies for orders under 150.

 

Singapore

Free international shipping for orders over $100 USD - A flat rate of $10 USD applies for orders under $100 USD.

 

Asia - Hong Kong, Brunei, Indonesia, Japan, Macao, Malaysia, Maldives, Philippines, South Korea & Taiwan

Free international shipping for orders over $100 USD - A flat rate of $10 USD applies for orders under $100 USD.

 

Pacific - Cook Islands, Fiji, French Polynesia, New Caledonia, Seychelles, Samoa, Tonga, Vanuatu

Free international shipping for orders over $150NZD- A flat rate of $30 NZD applies for orders under $150NZD.

 

Middle East – Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE

Free international shipping for orders over $200USD- A flat rate of $50USD applies for orders under $200USD.

 

Additional charges for international orders

International orders may attract local customs taxes or duties on arrival to your country. These taxes/duties are required to be paid by you and are not the responsibility of Purify Me.

By confirming your order payment, you acknowledge and accept the conditions related to any potential duties that may be incurred. We strongly advise that you review your country’s import regulations before finalizing your order. Our Shipping Terms follow DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), which means that duties, taxes, and/or customs fees, if applicable, will be additional charges collected upon delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot provide the exact amount you may be charged; please contact your local customs office for specific details. If you refuse to pay these duties or taxes, your parcel will be returned, and in such cases, we cannot issue a refund for your order.

Please ensure someone will be available to receive or collect your order if you receive a card to collect / call. We cannot resend product free of charge outside of New Zealand if your order gets returned to us and you will incur another delivery charge.
